Out + The Quiet One I

With Out, made on commission for the United Nations, Lionel Rogosin continues his quest to document injustice on film. Janice Loeb, Helen Levitt, and Richard Bagley worked on both On the Bowery and The Quiet One. Through a non-professional cast and the story of the young David Thompson, the viewer gains a unique perspective on the African American community in the 1940s.
